By submitting an application, you authorize OTR Placement LLC and prospective motor carriers to obtain employment history, driving records, drug and alcohol testing records, motor vehicle records (MVR), and any other information required for pre-employment screening under federal regulations. You also acknowledge that misrepresentation of qualifications or driving history may result in disqualification from placement and/or termination of employment by any hiring carrier.

OTR Placement LLC does not charge applicants or drivers any fee for our recruiting, matching, or placement services. We are compensated by the hiring motor carriers we partner with. If anyone claiming to represent OTR Placement LLC requests payment from you in exchange for placement, please contact us immediately at ContactUs@OTRplacement.com.

OTR Placement LLC is a recruiting and placement service. We do not employ drivers directly and are not the motor carrier of record. Submitting an application does not guarantee placement, employment, or any specific pay, equipment, lanes, home-time, or benefits. All hiring decisions, terms of employment, and conditions of work are made solely by the prospective motor carrier.

We collect information you voluntarily provide through driver and carrier intake forms (such as name, contact information, CDL details, endorsements, employment history, and equipment preferences) in order to match you with appropriate carriers or drivers. We share this information only with prospective motor carriers you have authorized us to contact on your behalf and with service providers (such as TenStreet) that support our application processing.

We do not sell your personal information. We retain application data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services and to comply with DOT recordkeeping requirements. To request access, correction, or deletion of your information, email ContactUs@OTRplacement.com.
